I don't really chatter here, much. I'm updating just so that there'll be something different to look at when I come here. Birthday season has officially ended in my house. 3 kiddos with birthdays three weeks apart, each... ugh.... what an emotional and financial drain it is every year. But they're so grateful and appreciative of it that I just can't stop myself. Now.... on to my favorite day- Thanksgiving... ^_^

I'd like to make it like a pernil, if I can convince the wife. That way it'd smell like a puerto rican house without all of the traditional sodium associated with a traditional pernil using a pork roast.
